PRESENTATION HIGHLIGHTS:

Practical Application Workshop-What is the legal difference between an attorney-issued “discovery subpoena” and a judge’s “court order to produce information”?  This 1.5 hour workshop will provide students with practical knowledge on how to prepare Subpoenas in California. Forms will be provided.

Career Roundtable- “Survival Tips in the Workplace: A Panel Discussion on Organization and Time Management” The panel will consist of Senior level Paralegals working in Litigation, Corporate and Criminal Law practices.
