New Changes and Processes in Immigration

Presented by: Faith Nouri, Esq.  Ms. Nouri is not only an attorney at law in California but but is a Barrister & Solicitor in British Columbia, Canada.  Ms Nouri is a sole practitioner focusing in the areas of Immigration and Family Law in Los Angeles.  She is Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.  Ms. Nouri has handled numerous immigration and citizenship cases, ranging from deportation hearings, motion to re-open and re-consider, appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, consular processing, family and employment based petitions, U.S. and Canada investors/entrepreneurs residencies, applications for waivers, Canadian criminal rehabilitations, Canadian and U.S. inadmissibility at the border crossings, Habeas Corpus Petitions at the Central District Court of California, correcting and disputing border records, and releases from immigration detention. 

Ms. Nouri is the past Chair and executive committee member of the Immigration Section of the L.A. County Bar Association (LACBA) and Chair of National Security Exit and Entry System (NSEERS) Standing Committee.  Ms. Nouri is the past Vice-Chair and executive committee member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  She liaises on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and LACBA with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) from 2002 to 2009.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.
