Motion Practice in Probate Court - Law and Motion Pitfalls in the Probation Department

Speaker Bio: A 2002 graduate of Harvard Law School, Monica Scheetz is a senior research attorney with the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. She has been with the courts for five years. Ms. Scheetz originally worked in the civil department, where she served as the coordinating research attorney for her team. She then transferred to the probate department in 2013. Before joining the courts, Ms. Scheetz’s practice comprised a mixture of general business and intellectual property litigation matters. She was a litigation associate at a major U.S. law firm for seven years and is a past president of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association.

*Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel your reservation, please e-mail the Estate Planning Section Chairs Jean Schulz at jschulz7@cox.net and Patti Mosby at pmosby@futureneeds.com. No refunds will be issued. Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
