Civil Subpoena Laws for the State of California
(Part 1 of 2)

Speaker Bio: Jim Ayer is currently the Vice-President of Titan Legal Services and has been in the Subpoena industry since 1997. He was previously the Office Manager for Whitmont Legal Technologies’ Subpoena Division and later became the division’s Senior Account Executive.

Along with his business partners, Jim has helped turn Titan Legal Services into one of the most trusted and knowledgeable Subpoena Services in California and Titan takes take great pride in providing excellent customer service to their clients throughout the state.

Jim also takes the time to share his vast subpoena knowledge and expertise through his Subpoena Training Classes for various legal professionals and organizations throughout California which you are about to hear today.

“This seminar will include a complimentary 70+ page Subpoena Training Manual which includes each individual Subpoena form along with the rules/code sections associated with each subpoena. *It is recommended that anyone attending Part 1 to retain the booklet for use in Part 2 of this seminar that will be held at a future date.”

-Part 2 of this seminar will be held on June 21st. An e-blast will be sent to the membership once details are finalized.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online (both members and non-members) IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Walk-ins are on a first come first serve basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective January 1, 2016, OCPA will no longer accept checks as a form of payment for event registration. Please log in to your OCPA account to submit electronic payment via credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
