Ruben calls upon his experience working in Real Estate Sales and Construction Management for large corporations including Pepsi-Co, the Los Angeles Times and Jack-in-The Box.

Ruben speaks frequently to Fiduciary and other legal organizations about the issues surround the sale and preservation of real estate assets under the Fiduciary’s control.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online (both members and non-members) IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Walk-ins are on a first come first serve basis.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
