Speaker Bio: As a top performing broker-agent with the largest real estate brokerage in Newport Beach, Ruben opened Fiduciary Real Estate Services (FRES) in 2001 and focused exclusively on servicing the Fiduciary Client.

FRES has tailored the sale of real property to meet the unique requirements of the Fiduciary Client, FES staff is trained to understand the differences in the client’s roles as Trustee, Executor, Conservator, Receiver or Bankruptcy Trustee. Ruben calls upon his experience working in Real Estate Sales and Construction Management for large corporations including Pepsi-Co, the Los Angeles Times and Jack-in-The Box.

Ruben speaks frequently to Fiduciary and other legal organizations about the issues surround the sale and preservation of real estate assets under the Fiduciary’s control.
