PTAB Trials: What every patent paralegal should know

Speaker Bio: Spencer Ririe is a registered patent attorney. In addition to prosecuting patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he has counseled clients in a wide range of patent matters and legal disputes. His practice currently focuses on representing clientele in patent litigation spanning a variety of technical arts—from materials science to electronics. Mr. Ririe has thirteen years of law firm experience in the area of patent law—1 year as a patent searcher with Laubscher P.C., 2 years as a patent clerk with Hunton & Williams LLP, and 10 years as a practicing attorney with Sidley Austin LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
