Civil Subpoena Laws for the State of California (Part 2 of 2)

Jim Ayer from Titan Legal Services shares his vast knowledge and expertise on subpoenas.  This seminar will include a complimentary 70+ page Subpoena Training Manual which includes each individual Subpoena form along with the rules/code sections associated with each subpoena for attendees who did not attend Part 1 of this seminar. *It is recommended that  anyone attending Part 1 to retain the booklet for use in Part 2 of this seminar.

Speaker Bio:  Jim Ayer is currently the Vice-President of Titan Legal Services and has been in the Subpoena industry since 1997. He was previously the Office Manager for Whitmont Legal Technologies’ Subpoena Division and later became the division’s Senior Account Executive.

Along with his business partners, Jim has helped turn Titan Legal Services into one of the most trusted and knowledgeable Subpoena Services in California and Titan takes take great pride in providing excellent customer service to their clients throughout the state.
