How do you effectively use written discovery in the early stages of your case with the anticipation of trial?  This seminar will focus on the basic procedures in propounding and responding to written discovery in California state cases, such as form and contention interrogatories, requests for admission, and requests for production of documents.  This presentation will also cover pointers, strategies, and tactics to keep in mind with the anticipation of the effective use of written discovery at trial.

HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting and Section Meeting for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.  

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially wicking socks are needed.
