Part 2 - Successfully Filing for Chapters 7 & 13 and How to Properly Execute Schedules I, J & and the Means Test

Presented by: Parisa Fishback Esq. of Fishback Law Group Ms. Fishback began her education in bankruptcy law while at Chapman University School of Law where she studied under the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, Professor and current Bankruptcy Judge in the Central District of California. Ms. Fishback began her career in Bankruptcy as an extern clerk to the Honorable John E. Ryan, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, where she learned the Court and Judges' perspectives in bankruptcy law. Thereafter, she acquired a position a position with Pite Duncan, LLP, one of the country's largest creditor's law firms. At Pite Duncan, LLP, she represented every major financial institution in the county as a creditor's attorney in bankruptcy. As a result, she is in the best position to know how to deal with creditors to your utmost advantage and get you the results you desire. Today, she successfully represents debtors in bankruptcy. Not only does she possess extensive experience in bankruptcy law and from such varied perspectives, she has also established vital relationships with Judges, Courts, Trustees and Opposing Counsels that will ultimately serve to benefit debtors in their bankruptcy filing.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting and Section Meeting for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.  

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially wicking socks are needed.
