Disability, Life and Health Insurance Claims under ERISA and State Law  An overview of disability, life and health insurance claims, including: how to determine if they are governed by the state law that allows for tort remedies for bad faith or are preempted by ERISA; what are the similarities and differences in the claim presentation, administrative appeal and litigation of each type of claim; and, the issues that are typically the subject of disputes in such cases.

Presented by: Jeffrey C. Metzger, Esq., Law Offices of Jeffrey C. Metzger  Mr. Metzger has an extensive background and proven track record of over 28 years of successfully handling claims for all types of insurance benefits, with an emphasis on disability, life and health, and ERISA insurance claims.  His firm focuses exclusively on insurance-related disputes and has helped many individuals, families, and businesses with claims against insurance companies, large and small.  He has achieved success throughout California and the United States.  His firm fights aggressively to protect the rights and benefits of his insurance policyholder clients against unfair and improper claim denials, delays in payments, coverage disputes, and other acts of bad faith.
