Subpoena Laws of California (Part 2 of 2 Part Seminar) Deposition Subpoenas for Personal Appearance (with and without records), Trial/Hearing Subpoenas (with and without records), the three US District Court Subpoenas and the newest CA Subpoenas for cases pending outside of CA. 

As you can see from the attached Seminar Outline, these two seminars will cover a large spectrum of subpoenas including US District Court and CA Superior Court Subpoenas. Normally it takes about 3 hours to go over the entire booklet so we have broken it up into two separate sessions.

* This is the second part to the Litigation Seminar on July 30th. Please be sure to bring your 67 page handout that was distributed during the first seminar. 

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.5. 

Free for OCPA Members and $10.00 for Non-Members with payment via website event (preferred) or can be made at the door.

HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting and Section Meeting for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.  

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially moisture wicking socks are needed.
