Subpoena Laws of California (Part 1 of 2 Part Seminar) Deposition Subpoenas for Production of Business Records/Notice to Consumers/Declarations of Custodians of Records.

For the past 5 years Jim Ayers and his business associate, Jack Cambe have been putting on these classes for various Legal Organizations such as LAPA, OCPA, San Diego Legal Secretary Association, Orange County Legal Secretary Association and various LSI chapters in the region and many find the training to be very informative and educational.  This seminar will include a complimentary 67 page Subpoena Training Manual which Mr. Ayers and Mr. Cambe have put together which includes each individual Subpoena form along with the rules/code sections associated with each subpoena. *It is recommended that anyone attending Part 1 to retain the 67 page handout for use in Part 2 of this seminar that will be held on Aug 27th.

As you can see from the attached Seminar Outline, these two seminars will cover a large spectrum of subpoenas including US District Court and CA Superior Court Subpoenas.  Normally it takes about 3 hours to go over the entire booklet so we have broken it up into two separate sessions.

Speaker: Jim L. Ayer, VP Titan Legal Services, Inc.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.25.

HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting and Section Meeting for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially moisture wicking socks are needed.
