The Ins and Outs of Conservatorship of the Person in California

Presented by: David S. Chon, Esq., Senior Associate Attorney with Phillip C. Lemmons APC.  Mr. Chon's practices exclusively in his expertise areas of trusts, probate, estates, conservatorship and guardianship law, his litigation practice focuses strongly on resolving disputes. Trust removal, accountings and related surcharge actions are situations Mr. Chon regularly advises. He covers both individual and corporate trustees on the protection, management and associated duties of trust administration.

Mr. Chon has been selected to the California Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list, an honor given to only the top 2.5% of estate litigation lawyers in Southern California under forty (40) years old. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Chon worked as a consultant and advocate at a prestigious non-profit civil rights litigation firm specializing in providing access to individuals with disabilities. He uses his experience in disability and elder law to represent clients initiating conservatorship and guardianship proceedings.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.   

Parking is free for individuals that leave after 7:30pm when the attendant has left for the day.
