The Importance of Quieting Real Estate Title in California:  A Quiet Title action establishes ownership of real estate when there is a dispute over ownership. Mr. Lawheed will explain how all real estate owners want to ensure they have clear title with no liens or levies. The Quiet Title action is intended to "quiet" the conflicting claims on the property and eliminating ambiguities in the title.
