Adobe Acrobat Advanced for the Legal Profession – This presentation will highlight the legal-specific features available in the Pro version of Adobe Acrobat. Note: Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is used for the demo portion of this MCLE. Topics include:

  • Adding, Editing, Re-ordering, and Removing pages within a PDFs
  • Creating and Editing PDF forms
  • Securing PDFs
  • Adding digital signatures to PDFs
  • Creating special stamps
  • Annotating and collaborating on PDFs
  • Creating PDF portfolios

Presented by: Julianne Nachtrab, M.Ed. National Training Manager Barkley Court Reporters  Julianne has been in the Employee Training and Communications field for more than 15 years, working for such companies as Aon Risk Services, ING, DirecTV, and DaVita Healthcare Partners.  Julianne conducts MCLEs, eMCLES, and training seminars in the areas of Adobe Acrobat, trial technologies, realtime software utilization, eDepoze electronic exhibits, and mobile technologies for the legal profession.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.   

Registration begins at 11:30 am and the meeting will start promptly at 12:00 pm. Lunch will  be provided.

Parking is adjacent to the building. The parking fee structure is as follows:  $1.25 each 20 minutes $3.75/hour ($1.25 x 3) $15.00/max billed per day (or $3.75 x 4 hours).  Parking fees are not covered by OCPA or Barkley.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if you cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
