When Civil Cases Turn Criminal

Presented by: William Floratos, Esq. Mr. Floratos graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983, and is a founding principal of FLD with over 26 years of litigation experience. Mr. Floratos has been a principal of the firm since its inception in 1988. Prior to that time, Mr. Floratos had established his own successful law practice emphasizing representation of clients in litigation. Mr. Floratos is an experienced trial lawyer who leads the litigation practice of FLD. His practice entails the representation of clients in complex business litigation matters. Mr. Floratos has successfully prosecuted cases resulting in multi-million dollar awards for his clients. Mr. Floratos has represented real estate syndicates, developers, builders, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. Mr. Floratos' present and past affiliations America, the American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Floratos has lectured at schools and Universities regarding business law and business litigation matters.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.   

Dinner will be provided courtesy of Bienert, Miller & Katzman, PLC.  No parking fees.

*Space is limited for all OCPA events, so please submit your reservation via this website event. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come first serve basis if space is available.

*Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel your reservation, please e-mail the Criminal Section Chair at ocpa.criminal@gmail.com.  No refunds will be issued. Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if you cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
