How the Bankruptcy Courts and the U.S. Trustee's Office enforce Bankruptcy Code § 110 (11 U.S.C. § 110). This presentation will discuss the ethical implications for this code section governing paralegal work on bankruptcy cases.

 

Presented by: Nancy Goldenberg, Esq. Ms. Goldenberg has been a trial attorney for the United States Trustee since 1993, working in the Santa Ana Office, which is responsible for the oversight of all bankruptcy filings in Orange County.  Before moving to California, she practiced bankruptcy law as a partner in the Manhattan law firm of Andersen, Kill Olick and Oshinsky, PC.  Nancy was raised in Long Island, New York and attended both college and law school at Syracuse University in upstate New York.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE ETHICS CREDIT 1.0.
