Jennifer Hill, owner of JHill's Staffing is focused on giving everyone access to his or her own greatness while having an extraordinary life with a career to love. Jennifer has spent over a decade as a speaker, corporate trainer, blogger, radio and television personality, and career expert. 

She has appeared on Good Day LA, KTLA, CBS,ABC, FOX, and BBC News as an expert in the field of recruiting and job hunting. She will share the skills needed to find a job with minimal experience in a competitive market.

How to Make Yourself More Marketable through Technology and Certification: Set yourself apart from other paralegals with knowledge of useful apps for the legal profession as well as Paralegal Certification – 30 Apps in 30 Minutes and the Who, What, Why, Where, How of the CP and ACP Certifications.

Kathy Miller, ACP, CAS, earned her bachelor’s degree from UCI and her paralegal certificate, with honors, from UCI’s Division of Continuing Education Paralegal Certificate Program (“UCI”). Kathy has over 35 years of litigation paralegal experience (20 years at Rutan & Tucker in the trial and employment law departments and, currently, at FedEx Express's legal department in its California office.  She obtained her CP credential in 1997, her CAS in 1998 and two ACP certifications in 2006 and 2007.

Kathy’s has served OCPA Board of Directors for over 12 years as President; Secretary; Treasurer; Compendium Editor; Salary Survey Chair; Employment Section Chair; CAPA Secondary; Education Conference Chair; Ethics Section co-chair; and Mentor Chair.

Kathy served seven years on NALA’s Board of Directors as Region IX Director, Continuing Education Committee, Newsletter Editor. She currently serves on NALA’s Certifying Board.  She also has taught in UCI’s program for over 30 years.
