Milady Cambare

Milady has over twenty (20) years of experience as a paralegal specializing in Business Contracts and works at Edwards Lifesciences LLC. Milady has a B.A. in communications journalism from Cal State Fullerton, a Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension, and a Management of Business Certificate from UC Irvine Extension. Milady is the recipient of the 2016 National Affiliates Award from the National Association of Legal Assistants (“NALA”) for her work in pro bono with OCPA.

Milady has been an OCPA member since 2008 and on the Board of Directors since 2010. She believes that volunteering can be so rewarding and that OCPA has made a difference in the community. Some of the events that Milady has organized with OCPA include volunteering at the OC Food Bank, Someone Care Soup Kitchen, Miracles for Kids with Children’s Hospital of Orange County, the 2016 Great Wine Festival with Legal Aid Society of Orange County, and Huntington State Beach Clean-up with Orange County Coastkeeper and Wavehuggers.

Milady has served as President 2024-2025, NALA Liaison 2018-2019, Vice President of Administration 2020-2021 & 2023,  and, during the pandemic, worked closely with the specialty section chairs to offer the OCPA members virtual MCLE presentations via Zoom.
