E. Penny Gutierrez | Penny holds a Paralegal Certificate from Fullerton College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Currently, she works as a Civil Litigation trial paralegal at Walworth and has over 13 years of experience, including roles in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Criminal Defense, assisting in both Federal and State Court proceedings. Penny served on the OCPA Board in 2023 and 2024, co-chairing the Annual Educational Conference in both years. She looks forward to continuing her service on the OCPA Board in 2025 and is eager to leverage her expertise and commitment to support the organization’s initiatives. |
