OCPA is an organization of members, each of whom has the power to develop programs and policies through volunteering in OCPA’s leadership.

OCPA’s board is composed of the President, Vice President Administration, Vice President Policy, Vice President Technology, Secretary, Treasurer, NALA Liaison, and Directors at Large.  Each of the officers and directors are elected by OCPA’s members at the Annual Meeting and Installation.

The Board of Directors is responsible for:

• Defining OCPA’s goals
• Providing the means to accomplish the stated purposes of OCPA
• Enhancing the value of OCPA membership.
