Understanding, Avoiding and Minimizing the Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax

Presented by: Lynn Kambe, Esq.  Ms. Kambe practices in Irvine, California.  She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Santa Clara, her law degree from Loyola University in Los Angeles and an LL.M. (Taxation) from New York University.  Ms. Kambe's practice areas include Federal, Estate and Gift Taxation, Generation Skipping Tax, Administration, Probate, Asset Protection and Tax Planning.

Ms. Kambe is a prior member of the Adjunct Faculty of the Department of Accounting at California State University, Fullerton and the Irvine Campus of Golden Gate University's Graduate Tax Program.  Ms. Kambe is also a frequent lecturer for CEB on estate planning issues.  She is past chair of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association and is a member of the Orange County, California and American Bar Associations and the Orange County Estate Planning Council.  

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online (both members and non-members).   

Parking will be validated.
