Basic Estate Planning: Understanding Corporate Tax Consequences & How Tax Shelters Works  

Presented by: Tamsen R. Reinheimer, Esq.

Speaker Bio: Ms. Reinheimer has significant experience in all aspects of estate planning and probate. She helps clients plan their estates with revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, property agreements, and other planning strategies. Ms. Reinheimer also assists clients to administer trusts and probate estates; coordinates with clients and tax professionals on federal estate tax returns; and guides clients through the incapacity of a loved one. Ms. Reinheimer is a frequent speaker at industry events including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s “Caregiver Legal Education Day”, National Business Institute Legal Seminars, “Bridging the Gap” for new attorneys, and is a regular contributor to theRiverside County Valley News. Additionally, Ms. Reinheimer is a member of the Women’s Business Development Initiative (WBDI) an Orange County based networking group for business women in the legal, financial and other professional services industries.

Ms. Reinheimer received her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Ms. Reinheimer is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and in all California state courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.
