Child Custody, Visitation and the Issue of Move Away Cases

Presented by: Derek Vosskuhler, Esq., Certified Family Law Specialist

Synopsis: Will discuss custody and visitation when one party wants to move with the child.

Speaker Bio: Mr. Vosskuhler has been practicing in all areas of family law exclusively since being admitted to the California Bar in 1997, and has been with McArdle & Vosskuhler, PC, since 2003. Mr. Vosskuhler became a Certified Family Law Specialist in 2005. In 2007, Mr. Vosskuhler became a partner of the firm. Mr. Vosskuhler has a wealth of experience in the court rooms throughout Southern California. He brings that experience to each client he represents and understands how important it is to have not only an aggressive and zealous attorney representing you in and out of the court room, but also an attorney who is caring and compassionate. As a father of two, he understands the relationship between parent and child, how important that bond is, and how important it is to fight to maintain it. Mr. Vosskuhler’s experience spans all areas of divorce and family law.

Parking: Free. Pull a ticket to park in the lot. Exit barrier will automatically open for vehicles exiting after 6pm.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online (both members and non-members) IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Walk-ins are on a first come first serve basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective January 1, 2016, OCPA will no longer accept checks as a form of payment for event registration. Please log in to your OCPA account to submit electronic payment via credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
