Jeff Koller, Esq. will discuss Social Media and how it pertains to the practice of law. Various social media issues arise when website users share content online across different platforms Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, Wikipedia and more. Social media laws relating to who owns the content being shared, when and where sharing is appropriate and what may be imposed on sharing often raise issues relating to IP Infringement, Ethics and more. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators-San Diego Chapter, the National Association of Legal Assistants*Paralegals (NALA) Liaison for the San Diego Paralegal Association, Board Advisor and Immediate Past President of the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations, and member of the NALA Continuing Education Council.
