Synopsis: An interactive session where participants will actively communicate responses to several different scenarios and hypotheticals involving ethical situations.
Presented by: Thomas Pokladowski, Esq.
Speaker Bio: Thomas Pokladowski is an attorney and educator who is currently the Assistant Dean for the College of Professional and Global Education at California State University, Los Angeles. In this role he directs the ABA-Approved Paralegal Studies Program and provides strategic leadership and direction for academic and professional programs offered by the College. Thomas is admitted to the State Bar of California and has experience litigating in state court, federal district court, and bankruptcy court.
