Speaker Bio: John P. Schafer is the founder and managing attorney of The Schafer Law Firm, P.C. which specializes in strategic litigation, transaction and workout advice.  His most interesting current engagement is representing certain “non-equity partners” in a heavily contested mid-size law firm dissolution.  Prior to his current position, Mr. Schafer was co-founder and co-managing attorney of Manderson, Schafer & McKinlay, LLP.
