A Paralegal’s Role in Cybersecurity:
How to Ensure the Integrity, Confidentiality, and Availability of Information
October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month! This is the perfect opportunity to come learn about the role that paralegals play in cybersecurity. You will hear all about the tools needed to prevent yourself from being targeted in cyber-attacks when working in an environment that involves the upmost confidentiality. Rahul Gupta will also share his work experience and how working alongside paralegals throughout his career has been beneficial to him.

Speaker Bio: Mr. Rahul Gupta is a Senior Trial Deputy for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. He specializes in prosecuting cyber-crime in the Major Fraud unit. Mr. Gupta has a background in technology and currently teaches attorneys and law enforcement officers throughout California on digital evidence, social media and crypto currency. Mr. Gupta received his bachelor’s degree in history from UCLA and his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
