Speaker Bio:  Mr. Goe is a Sub Chapter V Trustee assigned to Orange County.  He was founding Partner of Marshack & Goe, LLP, 1993; Founding Partner of Goe & Forsythe, LLP, 1998; Founding Partner of Goe Forsythe & Hodges 2019.  He taught Legal Writing and Bankruptcy Law, University of California, Irvine, 1991-1994; Continuing Education for Legal Assistant Program, University of California, Irvine 1992. Previously served as an Advisor for UC Irvine Legal Assistantship Certification Program Advisory Committee.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.
