 Presenter Biography

Shawn is a founding partner of Larsen & Naddour LLP (formerly Larsen Woodard LLP), a litigation firm. He represents and counsels employers in all areas of employment law. Shawn represents businesses in matters before both federal and state courts, as well as various administrative agencies.

He has achieved success for his clients in a wide variety of disputes including class action and multi-plaintiff wage and hour, harassment, disability discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract claims. Shawn has expertise handling and advising employers on issues related to social media networks (e.g. Facebook).

He regularly lectures before employer groups and conducts in-house training workshops regarding compliance with California and federal employment laws.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE ETHICS CREDIT 1.0.
