Presenter Biography

Keith Attlesey, Esq., is the managing partner at Attlesey Storm, LLP.  Mr. Attlesey represents a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to publicly traded companies in: (i) landlord-tenant matters, including evictions (unlawful detainers), breach of lease, and security deposit disputes; (ii) negotiating, drafting, and reviewing residential and commercial real property purchase and sale agreements, leases and financing documents; (iii) foreclosure and foreclosure litigation. Mr. Attlesey has tried over 100 cases, including many jury trials. He is a frequent speaker for the Orange County Paralegal Association.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE ETHICS CREDIT 1.5.
