 Presenter Biography

Virginia A. Suveiu, Esq., counsels on regulatory compliance and commercial law matters, including contract life cycle and negotiations. Virginia is also a mediator and arbitrator for the International Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County Association, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Virginia also finds time in her busy schedule to teach contract law in the paralegal program at UCI Division of Continuing Education.

She is an active member of the State Bar of California and admitted to the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
