Presenter Biography

Chiante Jones., is a Legal Nurse Consultant at C. Jones & Associates L.L.C. She is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 20 years of experience critiquing and analyzing care in various health care settings. She has worked in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, surgical, telemetry, oncology, ER, acute inpatient rehab, and pediatric transplant home health care.

Chiante has always been interested in the intersection between nursing and law. In her years of practice, she's run into legality issues regarding her patients, which led her to obtain a certification in legal nurse consulting. Come hear about her journey and all she has learned about the law, including medical malpractice, personal injury, worker's compensation/workplace injury, products liability, and torts.
