Strategies for Getting Organized for e-Discovery and Review

Whether your case is headed for a weeks’ long trial or destined for settlement, getting organized before jumping into e-discovery can have big pay-offs, including setting the stage for success in later stages of the case and adding overall value to your team.  Abby will share her tips for getting organized for e-Discovery projects both large and small.

 Presenter Biography

Abby Meyer is a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group and the co-lead of the firm's Food and Beverage team. She specializes in defending against consumer class actions targeting the food industry and in litigating complex civil business disputes. Abby handles all aspects of litigation, from early resolution, to case filing, to trial, and appellate practice. Abby handles cases in both state and federal court, and also in arbitration.
