Presenters Biographies

Ms. Yee is an associate with the firm of Law & Stein, LLP, focusing on breaches of fiduciary obligations, trust accountings, will contests, and trust contests. Ms. Sarmiento, who was initially employed in the Probate Dept. of O. C. Superior Court, and has been employed for the past 20 years, formerly as in-house paralegal and now on a contract basis.
