This presentation will cover federal and state laws, pertinent regulations, real estate laws regarding growing/production, buildings acquired for dispensaries. In addition, this presentation will explain the difference between CBD and Cannabis.

 Presenter Biography

John has over 25 years' experience as a business, trial, and appellate lawyer. Before achieving several multi-million dollar successes for client at trial or an appeal, John graduated with honors at Creighton School of Law, where he was the Lead Articles Editor for the Law Review.  

John represents some of the largest cannabis and hemp companies in California in all aspects of business, from business formation, licenses, estate acquisition, and contracts.
