Presenter Biography

Jay White is a highly experienced and accredited eDiscovery professional with more than two decades of expertise in the field. He has held various positions within the legal industry, from litigation support specialist and manager to director of litigation support. Jay has worked for notable firms such as Rutan & Tucker, Foley & Lardner, Jones Skelton & Hochuli, McKool Smith, and Allen Matkins. Prior to joining First Legal, Jay founded and served as president of Omega Discovery Solutions, an eDiscovery solutions company. In addition to his work within the legal space, Jay is actively involved in improving litigation support and eDiscovery professions through various committees and organizations such as the Arizona Bar Association Technology Committee, the California Lawyers Association Law Practice and Technology Section, and the Arizona chapter of the Association of eDiscovery Specialists. He has also lent his expertise to consulting for the Arizona Attorney General's Office on trial technology. Jay is passionate about providing outstanding eDiscovery solutions for his clients.
