Ethics Seminar: "The Pitfalls of Non-Compliance of Business & Professions Code § 6450 and What it Can Mean to You and Your Attorney"
Paralegal, Carolyn Yellis, who has over 20 years of experience will present some of the ethical issues involved with non-compliance of Business & Professions Code § 6450, et seq., and how these issues may affect you and your attorney. She will explore such questions as, “Is it ethical for a paralegal and/or an attorney to willfully disregard the requirements of the Code?” “What are the ramifications of non-compliance?” "Is it ethical to allow your MLCE to lapse?" Become aware of the mysteries of the ethical aspects of Business & Professions Code § 6450, et seq.
