Presenter's Biography

Michael O'Brien is a registered patent attorney who has obtained over two hundred patents for clients from his original applications. His blog, https://www.obrienpatents.com/, has over one hundred unique articles on patent prosecution and litigation topics.

He reviewed Susan Stiles latest version of the Patent's Professional's Handbook and is still awaiting his complimentary copy. Patent Center has made significant changes and the USPTO has not communicated many of these changes. As a result, many patent professionals are making errors.

This presentation will cover how to resolve these common problems and many new problems that Susan Stiles never could have predicted.
