TOPIC: Exhibit Preparation and Presentation in Criminal Cases
This presentation will cover the essential aspects of exhibit preparation and presentation for Paralegals. The discussion will cover types of exhibits commonly used, preparation process, presentation strategies, and legal ethical considerations. In addition, digital exhibit preparation, emerging technology and anticipating issues from both sides during trial preparation.

Jesse Gessin is trial counsel for businesses and individuals in both criminal and civil cases. Jesse served as a Deputy Federal Public Defender (CD.Cal.) where he was lead trial counsel in over 20 federal felony cases. Jesse holds a specialization in criminal law from the CA State Bar, and is a lecturer at UCI Law School where he teaches criminal trial advocacy. Prior to forming Gessin Ltd, Jesse was a partner in a nationally recognized business trial boutique law firm.
