Discovery Workshop. This hands-on workshop introduces new and student paralegals to the foundational principles and practical techniques of drafting initial discovery in Civil Litigation. Students will learn how to prepare interrogatories, requests for production, and request for admissions, with an emphasis on clarity, relevance, and compliance wth procedural rules. This workshop will be taught by a Sr. Trial Paralegal, Penny Gutierrez
