TOPIC: The Civil Discovery Process 101: For the Intermediate to Savvy Paralegal

Presented By: Robbie Heaven, Esq.

Robert W.J. Heaven is a California attorney who practiced in Australia at a large international corporate law firm where he worked in copyright and civil litigation as well as assisting foreign companies fundraising on the Australian Stock Exchange. Robbie currently works in the practice of Trust and Estate Litigation.

In addition to his legal career, Robbie currently serves in the 442nd Infantry Regiment 100th Battalion in the U.S. Army Reserve. He received his law degree from The Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.
