Calendaring in California State Court: Steps and Traps for the Unwary. Learn the complexities of calendaring in California state court in this hands-on seminar. Attendees will walk through the steps that must be taken to calendar deadlines correctly, avoiding common mistakes and pitfalls along the way.  Calendaring exercises will allow attendees to immediately practice the steps and see where the dangers lurk.  Focus will be on calendaring deadlines for pleadings, discovery and the dangers lurking behind C.C.P.12c in regards to motion practice.

HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting and Section Meeting for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.  

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially wicking socks are needed.
