A mixed bag: how to use litigation technology and e-discovery best practices to manage your employment litigation  Applying e-discovery and litigation support best practices, this talk will help you scale your solutions to the facts, value and nature of your case. We will cover class actions, individual claims and government investigations. Particular attention will be paid to handling employee personnel files, medical records and exports from employee tracking databases. By focusing on the unique types of documents and data particular to employment litigation, this discussion will allow you to ask pointed questions with directed answers.
