What Every Paralegal Should Know about Ethics but is Afraid to Ask! Is it ok for you to participate in a signing meeting without an attorney present? How should you respond if the client asks you how their A-B Trust works? These types of questions will be answered in this session.

Please don't be afraid to ask.  If you have any ethical questions that you are concerned with and would like answered at the meeting - or, if you would like to share any ethical dilemmas you have faced and how you resolved them - please email them before the meeting to: msbeckycote@gmail.com.

Presented by: Brent Rose, Esq.  Mr. Rose is a creative business, estate, strategic and tax attorney helping protect and grow the most valuable assets of businesses and families for more than 25 years. He is currently the Managing Director of BEST Advisors.

Please print this handout & bring it to the meeting.

HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting and Section Meeting for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially moisture wicking socks are needed.
