Issues Surrounding Claims Trading in Bankruptcy

Presented by: Michael B. Reynolds, Esq., Partner with Snell & Wilmer  Mr. Reynolds’ practice is concentrated in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, corporate reorganizations, debtor, creditor, creditor committee and trustee representations, creditors’ rights and remedies. His practice also includes judicial foreclosures and receiverships and representation of non-profit public benefit corporations. Michael has significant experience in international litigation and judgment collection against foreign and domestic individuals, companies and government entities. He practices at the trial and appellate court level, in both state and federal court.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.   

Parking Fee: Please bring cash as there is a fee to park in the building parking structure.  Parking fees are not covered by OCPA or the law firm.  Free parking may be available in the Flame Broiler parking lot at the intercession of Anton & Avenue of the Arts.
