eDiscovery 102: Doing Discovery Better Understanding eDiscovery processes is only the first step toward actually doing eDiscovery well.  This program will give you ideas and strategies for eDiscovery in your daily practice.  Whether you want to wield eDiscovery rules as a sword or shield yourself from eDiscovery disasters, we will show you through story-telling, examples and tips and how to harness the world of eDiscovery instead of feeling tied down by it.

Presented by: Kyre Stucklin  Ms. Stucklin is the head of Practice Support at Orange County’s oldest and most prestigious law firm, Rutan & Tucker, LLP and an instructor of eDiscovery at the University of California, Irvine. She received a BA in Women’s Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA’s School of Law. Ms. Stucklin has spent the last decade practicing, teaching and learning litigation technology across the country and around the globe. With eDiscovery as a foundational part of her practice, Ms. Stucklin does more than ensure eDiscovery is done well - she serves her firm, her clients and her students with a keen analytical approach, a pragmatic style and a randy sense of humor.
