The Anatomy of a Trademark Application

Presented by: Warren Morten, Esq. Mr. Morten is the managing partner of The Morten Law Group, PC, and is an accomplished attorney with expertise in trademark registrations, confidentiality agreements, IP licensing, trade secret protections, and other intellectual property matters. He also has years of experience in compliance, human resources, risk management, corporate governance, litigation management, and commercial contracts. Prior to starting The Morten Law Group, PC, Warren worked as AGC for a multinational sales, marketing, and manufacturing company with over $2B in annual revenue. He received his LLM and JD from Chapman University, and his BS from the University of Arizona. He is licensed to practice before all California State Courts, as well as US District Court in the Central and Southern Districts of California.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online.   

Parking Fee: Parking is $1.50 per hour.  Parking fees are not covered by OCPA or Morten Law Group, PC.
