Discovery: What You Need to Succeed in Your Employment Law Case
This presentation will take a look at the discovery process from the plaintiff's perspective. Topics will include: handling witness interviews (friendly, hostile and neutral witnesses), requests for production of documents, special and form interrogatories, request for admissions, depositions and third party discovery.
Presented by: Melissa Petrofsky, Esq. Ms. Petrofsky's legal career revolves around one idea: empowerment. Legal situations are impossible to navigate without knowledge, expertise, and passion.
