Due to the release on June 25, 2018 of the most recent version of Trial Director, TD 360, tomorrow’s meeting will be re-scheduled for the Fall. This is a significant training and we hope this will also afford more people the opportunity to attend and to learn about important updates to this, the number one trial presentation software available. Speaker Bio: Kim Passey specializes in trial preparation and courtroom presentation. Kim is one of only 30 Certified TrialDirector Trainers within the State of California; and one of only approximately 300 within the United States. With over 23 years as a litigation/trial paralegal, Kim is a uniquely qualified trial presentation specialist serving in trials in high-stakes, complex cases in numerous federal, state, and arbitration forums around the country. Kim’s trial portfolio includes patent infringement, trade secrets, securities, SEC Enforcement, complex business, commercial, antitrust, insurance coverage, white-collar criminal defense, employment, automotive defect, product liability, construction, environmental, personal injury, and many more.
Kim’s greatest strength is partnering with the entire trial team to create well-organized and compelling trial presentations that effectively communicate with jurors. With the paralegal background and extensive trial experience while employed for litigation law-firms, she has a keen understanding of the issues and case strategies, and accordingly is able to effectively communicate presentation preferences and suggestions to the trial team.
